Seneca Allegany Administration Building

  • This $28 million project included the construction of a new 90,000 SF 3-story administrative office building including executive offices, meeting rooms, office space for 18 departments and over 100 employees, the Seneca Nation Council Chambers and Court Room, a buffet style kitchen and 3 elevators. Work included site work (cutting and filling, new asphalt parking lot, site lighting, landscaping etc.), concrete foundations, retaining walls, slab on grade, new underground electrical, structural steel framing, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, electrical, gypsum board and metal framed walls, painting, millwork, carpeting, tile work and roofing. This structure was built between two rolling hills and uses natural stone and wood on the building's interior and exterior. This project was completed in March 2010 and received Buffalo Business First's Brick by Brick Award for Best Office/Development in 2010.
