This $13.5 million project combined the facilities and services of the Lionel R. John Health Center and the Wellness Center. The addition doubled the size to nearly 21,000 sq. ft., including exam rooms, x-ray facilities, family services quarters, a diabetes clinic and staff offices. The enhanced 1,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center expansion included physical therapy and exercise rooms. All work was completed in an occupied facility that provided uninterrupted service to the nation community. The project was recognized by Business First of Buffalo as a finalist for the Brick-By-Brick Award.
