This $2 million project replaced an aging ground tank with a 250,000 gallon elevated water tank to service the Steamburg community. SCMC was retained to perform the pre-construction services, including, but not limited to: estimating and procurement services; assistance with budgeting and scheduling; review of designs and specifications; preparation of bid packages; evaluation of bids received. The elevated water tank was fully operational in October 2009.
