Seneca Construction Management Corporation (the Corporation) is a construction management company wholly-owned by the Seneca Nation of Indians. the Corporation offers a full suite of construction services, including construction management, general contracting and specialty trades.

Since 2005, the Corporation has completed projects across several industries – including hospitality, recreation facilities, infrastructure – and is fully bonded and insured.

Seneca Allegany Hotel Tower
Strengthening their position as the premier gaming operator in the Western New York region, Seneca Gaming Corporation and Seneca Construction Management Corporation are currently constructing a new hotel tower at Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel.

William Seneca Administrative Building
This $10.5 million administration building serves as one of two headquarters for the Seneca Nation of Indians' government officials including the President, Treasurer, Clerk, and Council on the Cattaraugus Territory.

Cattaraugus Community Center
This $22 million project included the new construction of a 92,000 SF one-story masonry and steel frame structure and exterior improvements on virgin land. The facility provides offices for Community Center administrative functions, and multi-purpose space for community events.
